Pathways Services, LLC has officially joined Colorado’s Rural Jump-Start program to enhance supportive interventions and consulting services across the Western Slope. This strategic partnership, supported by One Delta County and the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT), aims to reduce strain on local justice systems through diversion-focused initiatives and evidence-based skills interventions. As part of this expansion into Delta County, Pathways Services will receive $15,000 in grant funding, and its eligible employees will qualify for state personal income tax exemptions. According to founder Leigh Anne Suppes, these incentives allow the organization to invest in the specialized personnel required to improve both participant accountability and overall system stability in rural communities.
